It's my brain having a conversation and I'm the mediator...and eventually the judge...for as the judge I decide what I will do or how I will react. ...or actually maybe more precise will control more than react... not say,for example what I really feel...exposed,to only myself, for fear of people understanding, which in my 62 years they rarely do. See they are normal...
